Hi, I’m Augusta Baresi — the baker, recipe developer, and writer behind Blog Dolce Vita. I started this site to prove one simple thing: good desserts don’t have to be complicated. What began as friends constantly asking me to write down my recipes has grown into a library of hundreds of tested cakes, cookies, pies, no-bake treats, and lighter high-protein sweets.
Every recipe I publish is made and tested in my own kitchen first — flops, retests, and all.
